The Federal Goverment had just passed a law making juvenile crime a federal offence. The goverment opened up prison camps all over the united states, as well as creating thousands of jobs for people who were out of work with the sluggish economy. Under the new federal juvenile correction system there was no parole or probation, once a child was sentanced he did the time. a juvenile could expect to spend a minnium of two years at a camp and a maximum of six depending on the age; under the new law a child was considered a minor child until the age of 21. The new juvenile camps were extremly strict there was one type of punishment if a child got out of line at the camp and that was corporal punishment.
Ryan Jennings and Shawn Robinson were best friends. They did every thing together including burining down a neighbors house just for the hell of it luckily the family was on vaction for a month. The judge sentanced Ryan and Shawn to four years at federal camp c in Marsh, Alabama.
Ryan, a lanky blond haired boy with deep blue eyes and muscular features for his 14 years and Shawn a brown haired Brown eyed boy also quite muscular for his 14 years were on a bus heading to there new home for the next four years.
"Well Shawn looks like we have really done it this time four years in po-dunk Alabama That _f_u_c_k_er of a judge could not send us to a camp in our state"
Shawn replied to his friend " yeah, but we have to try and make the best of it and do what these assholes want us to otherwise we'll get the hydes beat right off of us."
Ryan said " I guess your right."
The bus arrived at the camp around noon they were unloaded and taken to a large room where they were told to sit and and be silent. A large man wearing a white suit walked into the room and in a boominfg voice said "I am superindentdant Smith i am in charge here at camp c We are going to go over the rules of the camp." After explaing the rules of the camp and there were a lot of them; he announced what the punishment was for breaking the rules. "there is only one punishment here at the camp and that is a whipping with a well oiled leather belt on the bare butt." Then Smith asked if everyone understood and if there were any questions.
Ryan and Shawn were assighned the same room they were told to get settled and meet out front of of ther dorm in 15 minutes. "Ryan, I was wrong we have got to get out of here there are way to many rules here and i don't like that smith guy one bit either." Shawn said to his friend.
"Well shawn, I had a look around here as the bus was pulling in and the fencing was not to high at all and the guards are really fat hillbillies that would not be able to catch us I say that we make our break now and not wait we will run as fast as we can get over the fence and go as soon as we line up out side." Ryan explained to shawn.
The boys from the dorm were lined up out side to go to lunch. "Ryan elbowed shawn and said "now Shawn run." both boys took off as fast as they could go climbed the fence and kept running the fat guards came after them but could not catch up.
later that night the boys were sleeping in the woods when two large men came upon them and kicked them awake and said "allright boys get up very slowly and come with us." The boys did as they said.
The two big men took them back to the camp and led them to an office, in the office Mr Smith was waiting. "Hello boys did you have a nice stroll through the woods"? "Well boys i am tired and i just want to get this over with escape is very serious and it happens to be be the offence that gets you the most licks with the belt; you will both receive 100 licks with the belt on your bare butt."
Mr smith opened up a door in his office and told the boys to enter the room. in the room was a saw horse with a thick black leather belt hanging over it. "Ryan, please approach the horse. have you ever been spanked or whipped by your father Ryan?"
Ryan replied "No sir I have never been spanked or whipped by any one." Well Ryan that is about to change unbutton and unzip your pannts and pull them down to your ankles very good now pull dowm your underwear bend over the horse"
With all of his might Mr. Smith swung the belt through the air and landed right square on the youngs boys bare butt with a loud WHACK!!!! ryan immeditley starting to yell "owwwww that hurt" anther WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WAHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK the young boy continued to yell and plead "please dont't whip me any more i will never try to escape again." Mr smith continued to whip the young lad WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK this continued util Ryan received all 100 licks. Ryans ass looked like a red and purple mess he was crying uncontrollably.
"Shawn your turn do the same thing as Ryan did" Shawn complied not wanting to make mr smith any angrier than he already was. "Sawn, Have you ever been whiiped or spanked by your father?
"No sir never" shawn answered. "very well that will change bend over." doing the same thing that he did to Ryan he gave shawn his first Lick WHACK!!!! then a second WHACH WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK WHACK 'HAWN SQUEELED "PLEAASSSEEE DDDDOOOONNT WHIP ME ANY MORE." but the punihment continued untill sean received all 100 of his licks.
"allright boys you may pull up your pants and go back to your dorm, however if you try to escape again you will be whipped 200 times.
